Talking to our chefs and reviewing the last year we have decided to return the Credit Munch to a Blade of Beef. This was not only a favourite of mine, but more importantly, feedback from our customers showed that this was the most popular Credit Munch of the year.

To accompany the Beef I have chosen Los Vilos Merlot as the wine of the month. This Chilean Merlot is from the Valle Central and has all the hallmarks one would expect from a good Merlot. These include a velvety softness, instant fruit flavours and an extremely welcoming palate. The wine has been sourced by our local wine merchants S.H. Jones and offers excellent value at £10 a bottle.
